Our expanding operation has created openings for multiple Professional Services Engineers to join our dynamic Professional Services team. Candidates will have a strong background in network infrastructure implementation and support. They will need to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and deliver solutions across a complex network. Must be a collaborative team player and actively drive network discussions and solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity, with salary based on experience. There are multiple positions available in Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin. Applicants must have a current drivers licence, a reliable vehicle, and be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering of services in accordance with Service Level Agreements and Statements of Work
  • Developing and delivering technical solutions for our account clients
  • Providing on-going technical support for clients
  • Performing diagnostic testing
  • Accurately completing Professional Servicing documentation

We’re looking for unique individuals who possess:

  • Mechanical aptitude with good problem solving skills
  • Solid foundation in Mac OS X and Mac OS X Server (current ACTC or ASCA certification would be an advantage)
  • Familiarity with other platforms including Windows and Unix (current MSCA certification would be an advantage)

Due to recent growth, we have several exciting opportunities for Development and Learning Facilitators to join the dynamic MAC1 Education team, providing specialised professional development and consultative support to our education partners. The available positions are based in Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide and Darwin however domestic travel within Australia may be required. Hours can be flexible and salary is based on experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Development and delivery of Professional Development for education professionals and consultants in the use of Apple products and solutions for teaching and learning.
  • Provision of consultative services in the development and implementation of learning solutions for education providers.
  • Provision of consultative services on best practices for integration of Apple products and solutions.
  • Presentation of Apple solutions and demonstration of how Apple solutions can best meet individual client needs.
  • Development of strategic plans for future opportunities in collaboration with MAC1 staff, including National Managers, Account Executives and Service Engineers.

We’re looking for unique individuals who can demonstrate:

  • Strong leadership and excellent time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional planning, presentation and training skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Australian education system, and understanding of effective classroom technology and implementation strategies.
  • Experience and understanding of Apple products and passion for Apple technologies
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude to work
  • Ability to present, including group briefing, seminars, conferences, workshops and individual one on one sessions.
  • Experience as a classroom teacher and/or curriculum consultant in developing and delivering professional development opportunities for educators is highly desirable, along with relevant education qualifications.
